Zak Webb has provided direct support and shared the stage with artists of many genres including Shinyribs, Eli Young, Prophets And Outlaws, Coffey Anderson, Dirty River Boys, Kyle Park, Kevin Fowler, Phil Hamilton and Randall King; playing on some of the most prestige stages on circuit. His influences include Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon, Elton John, Michael Jackson, Chuck Berry, Kirk Franklin, The Spinners, Prince, Darius Rucker, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys, as well as his parents who were heavily involved in the local gospel and music scene. Although he lost his parents at a young age, his mother still plays a crucial role in the artist he has become and still inspires his music odyssey today.
In 2018, Zak formed his band releasing their debut single “Roll Baby” and EP, “Based On A True Story” by 2020. Music Minimum Wage, Ain’t Your Buddy, It Feels Like, and One Of Them Days followed in 2021. Zak went to work with Yellow Dog Studios that same year on his next project, “Fired Up And Gettin’ Cold” EP released in 2022. In 2023, Zak surprised fans with a few highly requested gifts. He first recorded a duo with his beautiful wife who happens to be a registered nurse. The two had spontaneously performed periodically at several of Zak’s lives shows so fans asked and received “Chasing After The Moon (Duet)”.
He also released his cover of Elton John’s Crocodile Rock” then “Christmas Ain’t The Same”, a song about loss and healing. To wrap up 2023, Zak dropped “Better Walk Away” which was written from a protector's point of view cleverly confronting the issue of domestic violence.
Zak joined forces with Café Solo Studios in 2024 to crank out some of his best work yet which includes “Come And Get Me”, and “Nobody Band”, as well as named International Singer/Songwriter Association USA Vocalist Of The Year that summer.
2025 brought “To Be In Love” to the collection of releases with more in the works by year’s end.
With determination to share his gift and deep desire to leave a positive impact on the world and music industry, Zak continues to tour full time performing and promoting his music while adopting fans as family along the way.
